If you're using our nationwide clean by mail service, the total dollar amount of your service order (excluding shipping charges) is allocated at the time your service order is entered into our RAVEtrac computer system. However, payment (i.e., transfer of funds) does not occur until the day your service order is ready to be shipped.
If the amount to be charged on your credit card is declined for any reason, either on the day your service order is entered into our system, or on the day your service order is ready to be shipped, we'll contact you by email, telephone or postal mail.

Any local in-store or local pickup and delivery client who lives part time or full time in the Phoenix metro area may use their RAVEcharge Client Account for orders shipped to them outside the Phoenix metro area.
