Have
you ever discussed quality standards with your drycleaner?
If you haven't, you ought to try it one day.
I can't predict the response you'll get but I'd bet that you'll
probably feel like John Cleese in Monty Python's Cheese Shop
skit.
In that skit, Cleese attempts to purchase cheese from a
specialty cheese shop that has no cheese on display. When Cleese
remarks that it's not much of a cheese shop, the store owner
insists that it's the best in the county.
So ask your cleaner for a listing of his quality standards.
He'll probably tell you that he has no written list but that his
cleaning is the best in the county.
