Many of
my clients like Italian shirts produced by the likes of Battistoni,
Borrelli, Brioni, Canali, Corneliani, Fray, Isaia, Kiton,
Lorenziri, Ricci and Zegna.
But a much smaller group of clients favor shirts handcrafted by
small artisanal shirt makers such as Abbarchi, Attolini, Bugelli,
Finolla, Liverano, Maffeis, Matuozzo, Siniscalchi, Siviglia and
Ypsilon.
Apart from the stunning craftsmanship associated with the
measurement, pattern making, styling and construction, they rave
about the fabric - the finest Italian and Swiss cottons, woven from
the finest Egyptian cotton by slow, antique looms, from small mills
such as Alumo, Bonfanti and Riva .
For those who appreciate the stunning craftsmanship of these
small artisinal Italian shirt makers, dropping off your Attolinis
or Matuozzos at your local neighborhood dry cleaner and shirt
laundry is sheer heresy. After all, they wouldn't know an Attolini
from an Abercrombie or a Matuozzo from a Members Only.
So
many owners of these handcrafted shirts ship their fine shirts to
RAVE FabriCARE in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our
Nationwide Clean By Mail service ships daily to clients in more
than 34 states.
One such client lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland and he's a Leonardo
Bugelli afficionado.
Some of the Bugelli shirts we laundered for him are pictured
above. Below is a photo of my client in Bugelli's studio in
Florence being fitted with a muslin "try on," after measurements
were first taken but before the first shirt was ever made.

How can I help you?
