Are you
concerned that your dry cleaner's claim to be organic, green,
eco-friendly, non-toxic and/or "carbon neutral" may be a
stretch?
Well, your concern is well-placed. The use of the words
"organic", "green", "eco-friendly", "non-toxic" and/or "carbon
neutral", in the context of a dry cleaner's use of
perchloroethylene (aka perc) and/or synthetic petroleum solvents,
is nothing less than a scam, a hoax and a fraud on the public.
Hyperbole? Maybe. Factual? Definitely.
