true quality cleaning. That's understandable. They just don't have
the investment in a quality wardrobe to warrant such attention and
caring.
The

of consumers. Which is why they produce a product that's poor to
mediocre at a cheap to competitive price. And that's before the
coupons, discounts, specials, and Groupon-type deals. Garments are
in by 9:00 and out by 5:00; picked up on day 1 and delivered on day
3. Emphasis is on quantity, speed and price. And trying to be a
little less mediocre than the cleaner across the street or across
town.
At RAVE FabriCARE, by contrast, we turn away more business than
we accept. When a potential client calls or visits, we typically
want to know what they're looking for in a cleaner. We want to know
whether they understand the type of work we do and our position on
the quality/time/price spectrum.
If there's a good fit, that's great. If not, we refer them
elsewhere.
Bottom line: we're looking for clients who not only care about
their fine garments but who also care about the work we do. Our
processes and craftsmanship. And all the details that go into
true quality dry cleaning and
true quality shirt laundry.
