Here's an example of a white canvas tote with brown leather trim
and straps that was brought in last week by one of our clients.
This tote, belonging to her daughter, exhibited general soiling
at the sides and base that's bound to occur from normal usage. In
addition, there was a large coffee stain (Starbucks' orange mocha
frappacino, so I am told) and some
ink marks on the outside. The inside featured a galaxy of cosmetic
stains that would befit a beautician.
A week later we returned the tote to our client. All the stains
on the inside and outside had been removed. The canvas was a
brilliant white. And the leather trim and straps had been
refinished to a lustrous brown.
Voila! A happy client and a very happy daughter.
Just goes to show what you can accomplish with a little skill
(we're selling ourselves short) and a little time (about a
week).
