When her daughter returned home, our client called
the department store's manager to express frustration with the
result. The store manager then referred her to RAVE
FabriCARE.
The next morning, I visited the store's handbag
department so that the department manager could examine the results
of the "cleaning" and assess, for herself, the quality of the work
delivered.
I informed the department manager that we would
clean and restore the handbag - inside and out - and that I'd
return a week later to show her the results.
A week later, I showed the manager of the handbag
department the handbag. She was duly impressed.
The results of the transformation can be seen in
the final results below...
Moral of the story? If you're looking for a handbag
cleaning specialist, please remember this: All handbags, purses,
wallets and backpacks should be cleaned BY HAND. Never BY MACHINE.
And, then, only by a cleaner who specializes in these accessories.
And, the only way to ensure that the cleaner does, in fact,
specialize in these accessories is to make sure that the cleaner
has a FULL TIME handbag and purse cleaner ON PREMISES.
RAVE FabriCARE is the only cleaner in Arizona, and
one of the very few in the USA, that employs a full time handbag
cleaner whose sole job is to hand clean handbags, purses, wallets
and backpacks. Unlike other cleaners, we'd never clean by machine
and we'd never send your accessories to outside third parties for
cleaning. That way we're able to deliver the very best
technologically achievable results and return your items, in most
cases, in a week and a half to two weeks.

and backpacks that we've recently cleaned, please enter HANDBAG

A new client walked in the other day with her daughter's Marc
Jacobs turquoise leather handbag.
She explained that she had been referred to us by the manager of
a high-end department store in Scottsdale, Arizona.
After examining the handbag, I casually remarked that the
handbag was in relatively poor condition: water stained, scratched,
scuffed and apparently spray painted in a number of different
places.
That casual comment opened the spigot to the story behind this
handbag.
The handbag belonged to her daughter. Her daughter had called up
the store's handbag department seeking a referral for a handbag
cleaner. She was directed to a shoe repair facility in Tempe,
Arizona.
Two weeks later her daughter picked up the handbag. Although she
thought that the quoted price - $60 to clean the handbag - was
almost too good to be true, she was appalled with the result.
This is what she found...
